Digital Printing vs. Offset Printing

A lot of people don't know the difference between digital printing and traditional offset. And to look at two identical products, one done digitally and one offset, you probably wouldn't know the difference then, either. In most applications, the quality produced by digital printing matches that which is produced by offset printing presses. The difference? Cost! With offset, a lot of what you're paying for is the meticulous setup involved in getting the presses ready. With digital printers, the only setup involved is done with the electronic file.
