I recently placed an order with Docucopies for a few 170 page color books, which I received, but which had some problems on many of the color pictures. I called to report the problem and you guys jumped on it and figured out the cause and wasted no time in doing a second run and delivering them to me via the fastest possible route. I just received and inspected them and they are awesome.
I’ve worked in customer service for 25+ years and know good service when I see it and I must say, it’s rare these days, but you guys came through for me. It’s unfortunate but occasionally, a problem happens, as with my first order, and I get that. It’s what happens next that distinguishes excellent customer service from mediocre.
The good people at Docucopies were pleasant on the phone and easy to work with and expressed a sincere interest to make things right, and right you made it. The other printer I have been using for years does a very nice job, but they have a 7 to 10 day production time, which is often much too slow AND, most importantly, I cannot call them on the phone (online only).
